Youth Leaders!
We are excited to introduce the RPT’s first ever, Texas Youth Leadership Summit to be held at the
Texas Tech University Center in Junction. Please help us get the word out to young adults you believe
will take the leadership principles learned at the summit back to their communities to share with their
peers.
With the Kimble County Republican Party and the Leadership Institute, we are inviting Texas youth to
this Summit, specifically designed to teach conservative principles and serve as a foundation for high
school and college club development across the state. The leadership curriculum is designed to be
college level but within the grasp of enthusiastic high school students. Students will be treated to a
canoeing experience with some Biology education on the Llano River, as well as some astronomy fun at
night.
The goal of the camp is to help young adults better understand conservative values and capitalism and
prepare them for leadership roles in their communities.
Leadership
Kristi Antonick
Kristi Antonick, Director of Youth Programs, jumped out of the peace and quiet of her empty nest and right into the arena, where she is most comfortable. This time however, she leaves the competition and coaching of the rodeo arena and speaking contests to instead engage and affect young adults to prepare them for the political arena.
While serving as Regional Director for RPT Volunteer Engagement and Victory 2020, a program which registered over 200,000 Texas Republican voters, Kristi set personal goals to facilitate conservative leadership development for young adults. As Director of Youth Programs, Kristi will organize events, including a first Texas Youth Leadership Camp, to help young people identify the genius of America and commit to the responsibilities of being a “good” citizen in a democratic republic. Kristi is a District Director for TFRW for Senate District 1 and lives in Northeast Texas.
